Most frequent questions and answers

A. To Apply, you will need the following:

  • Goverment I.D.
  • Bank Account under your name
  • Utility Bill under your name with proof of address
  • If you do not have this information, we also accept a co-signer

A. You will receive a notice from the Applications Dept. within 24 hours or less indicating whether or not your application was approved. If your application was denied, the notice will explain why it was denied.

A. The Minimum Monthly Payment ranges from $75 and up. At the time of your Application Approval, We will let you know  which Installment Plan is best for you.

A. Contact us via email with the following: 
Tell the Billing Dept. what unexpected circumstances have made it impossible for you to make your minimum payment on time this month (If this is the first time it has happened, make that clear). Tell them when you will be able to make the payment. Ask if they can change your due date just this one time.
